Happy Birthday!

Hi Everyone!
I am so tired today after staying up late last night with the MPS Live E-2 party and then the HSN showing.  So much fun!!  I broke down and bought the E-2.  I am really looking forward to getting it.  I also got my first order of MPS stamps in!  I made this card for my husband's birthday using the MPS Everyday Life set.  He loves the ocean and sailing.  I used pop dots under the sails and flag.  It's difficult to see in the picture, but it looks like the sail is actually blowing in the wind.

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

My Recipe:
DCWC Nantucket Stack Paper for the card and next two layers.
Bazzill basics (colored with the Imagine) for the sailboat
Cartridge - Cricut Life's a Beach
pop-dots
Stamp - MPS Everyday Life
Ribbon is from Michael's

Happy Mother's Day

Hi Everyone!
Sorry it's been a while since I posted.  I've had a few things to catch up on around here.  This is a card I made for Mother's day.  I ordered the Lori's Garden cartridge as soon as it went on sale on Cricut.com.  I just love the beauty of the artwork in this cart!  I couldn't wait to make something special with it.  Hope you enjoy.  Thanks for looking and have a great day!

My recipe:
Lori's Garden Imagine Cartridge
Gypsy Font Cartridge
Card is a pearlized gold card I had in my stash
The base paper is K&C Company classic paper recollections
Waterfall, Cotton Candy and Star Dust Stickles from Ranger
Tim Holz Distressed Ink - Broken China
Pop Dots between the two blue cutouts.
The butterfly's look like they are flying - I cut two of each and put them together. . .

Happy Monday!

Hi Everyone!

Here is the third card I made with the Imagine.  It is for my niece's christening.  I can see that I need to work on taking better photos.  I've been taking them with my i-phone and they don't show all the detail.  If anyone has any tips, please let me know.  I used Anna Griffin card stock for the card base,  Imagine Nursery Tails cartridge for the images, and Stickles and Glossy Accents from Ranger.  Some of the images are raised with pop dots (it's hard to see in the photo).  Welcome to all my followers.  I appreciate your support!  If you like what you see, please follow me.  I will follow you as well.  I have lots to learn and would love to learn from you.  Thanks for looking.

Have a great day!

Welcome to my second blog post!

Hi Everyone - this is a card I made for a friend at work.  I used Anna Griffen cardstock, grosgrain ribbon from Anna Griffen, Hero Arts poly clear stamp and a bronze jelly roll pen for the dots.  It's simple so that the message stands out.  Thanks for looking!
