Get Well Soon!

Hi Everyone!!

I can't believe how long it has been since I've been able to post!  We were away on vacation and got evacuated with the hurricane.  We got home just in time for the hurricane to hit.  Our town was flooded in so many areas we could not drive anywhere.  So many stores were closed - including Michaels!!  Just when things were getting somewhat back to normal, we got so much rain all the rivers and lakes in our town overflowed again.  It's just awful.  We've got over 500 people out of their homes!  How are all of you?  Were any of you affected by the hurricane and flooding?   I hope you are all safe and sound!

We are trying hard to get back to normal.  I thought I'd post a little card  I made for my Dad.  I used Create a Critter and the sentiment is computer generated.  I was inspired by a card that Momo had on her blog a while back.  I thought it was appropriate with all this rain we've been having. . .

I am also submitting this for the Bugs, Beasts or Birds challenge at Shopping Our Stash! Check out their blog - there are so many terrific submission on this challenge!

I have missed all of you my wonderful blog friends!  I am glad to be back and will be posting regularly again.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!!!!!

Thank You!

The colors look great, but the card looks flat!

This photo shows the dimension . . .

Hi Everyone!

Today I am sharing a fun card I made using an Action Wobble for the first time.  The little puppy is from Create-a-critter.  I made this card to give to my in-laws from our sweet little dog Curley to thank them for dog sitting while we were away on vacation.  They spoiled him so much he almost didn't want to come home!! lol!

I am trying different ways to take pictures.  I posted two so that you could see the difference.  In the first photo you can see the dimension.  In the second photo the card looks flat, but the colors look better. . .  I see I need to work on this!

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

PS - If you are looking for my give away click here.

I am also entering this in two challenges:
MycraftspotIt's HOT out there! (use hot, bright colors on your project)
Cricut Cardz"Straight from the Heart"! Make a thank you card using hearts, and any cartridges or colors you’d like, but NO pink or red - unfortunately I did not read the fine print and used red hearts - it's fun to play along any who. . .

My Recipe:
Dog - Create-a-critter.
Bubble & Hearts - Imagine built-in shape
Paper - DCWV - Glitter stack & Pets stack
Punch - EK Success paw border punch
Glossy Accents
